First Class Domestic shipping is a $5 flat rate on all orders!

Otherwise…
Outside the US: $25

Larger HOME items will note LOCAL AUSTIN PICK UP ONLY when pieces simply don’t make sense to ship.

If you live in the Austin area and would like to schedule a curbside pick-up, please enter code LOCAL at checkout to waive the shipping costs and send us an email to request this option.

Send a message to request and arrange rush/ overnight shipping. 

Packages are tracked when available and that information is sent once an order has been shipped. Material is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but subsequently stolen.

We will ship items within 1 - 5 business days of purchase and you will be notified upon shipment.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

The hope is that you to love your original piece by MATERIAL. If you are not completely satisfied, items may be returned within 14 days of purchasing, unworn & unharmed. MATERIAL reserves the right to withhold refunds for damaged goods &/or items kept for more than 14 days. 

Becuase each item is made in small editions and with limited yardage, pieces are very limited. Often there is only one. Please refer to size measurements listed by each product in order to avoid any issues regarding fit, as many garments are sold in one size only. If the item does not fit, we can make an exchange in a different size if available. In the case that merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be refunded the purchase price.

CODs are not accepted. Items will be exchanged or refunded in full, minus shipping costs.  We do not refund original or return shipping costs. 

When returning an item, we recommend you insure the item and/or use a tracking. number. We are not responsible for missing packages.

Your exchange or refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the item.  You will be notified via email when the exchange or refund is processed.
